Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview
We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy lasting 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we cannot process any refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Have original tags attached.
- Be in their original condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for the return.
- Send the items via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at your expense to our return address.
Important: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of purchase. Please specify the items you wish to exchange clearly in your return package along with your invoice copy.
